how we are using our face cloths:

-use a face cloth to dry your face after cleansing, limiting exposure to acne-causing bacteria found on towels

-wet face cloth and use to remove face masks, avoiding any mess

-wet face cloth with warm water and rest on face to open pores, increase circulation, and soften skin

-use face cloth to dry make-up brushes and sponges after washing to limit exposure to acne-causing bacteria

Face Cloths are recommended for all skin types.

Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $200. All domestic orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $10 or you may select your own shipping rates.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. Shipping during the holiday season can be extended. Please expect shipping delays from October - December. United States orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 1-6 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation, pending your selected shipping time frame.

3.  INSURANCE

Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or UPS scanning in your package.
